Imagine what it would feel like to begin moving from your hurt towards hope? Providing support for your healing process in a calm, non-judgemental space, is something I consider a privilege to be part of, as your therapist. By taking an active role in your life, and talking to a therapist, you are investing in yourself, your relationship, and your family. Clients will be provided with a safe space to reflect on, and process presenting issues and behaviours that may be affecting life. I will work with you to set goals, coping skills, and strategies towards areas of life you would like to modify for better quality of living.
