Feeling comfortable with your therapist really matters. I work with first responders and their families along with those who are ready to process trauma, anxiety, or just the hard parts of everyday life and relationships. My work is mostly anxiety and trauma-focused, and often includes EMDR therapy, for individuals and couples, but sessions are always collaborative and tailored to you. I have worked with individuals, couples, and children through many different life phases and struggles.
