Healing from past experiences is a journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, or facing symptoms related to trauma, ADHD, and/or substance use. With over 20 years in mental health, I believe meaningful change comes from a genuine, trusting connection. I offer a nonjudgmental space where healing unfolds at your pace; safe, respectful, even a little light & a bit unfiltered at times. Together we’ll build coping skills, expand capacity, restore safety, reclaim choice & control, and move toward a life that is felt to be more grounded, connected, & authentic.
