I am passionate about supporting people that are wanting to address some challenges they are facing. Human suffering is a part of being alive and I feel strongly that people should not suffer alone. I strive to create a safe supportive space for individuals and couples to explore and experience their mental health as they wish, and to move to a greater understanding of their needs and abilities. I support clients in ways that arebmeaningful for them and let the client take the lead. I also think therapy can be fun and will always take the opportunity to insert a laugh in sessions.
