I support young adults and adults navigating military-related experiences, anxiety, depression, burnout, neurodivergence, trauma, grief and loss, parenting challenges, relationship concerns, medical challenges, identity shifts, and life transitions. Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about how to move forward.
