I am interested in meeting you individually or with your partner or spouse if you are not living your life to its fullest potential for joy, growth and connection with others. I specialize in trauma resolution through the utilization of EMDR, which is effective in clearing negative influences from the past so you can flourish in the present. My goal is for you is to live with balance, joy, and fulfillment. I also employ a gentle approach to reduce suffering through mindfulness based psychotherapy. Working with couples and diverse populations are interests, and specialties of mine.
