With over 19 years in private practice, I have the privilege of walking alongside people of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate trauma, grief, and life transitions. I work with those affected by Residential and Day School experiences and honor the unique story each person brings. In a safe, trauma-informed space, I invite your authentic self, listen with compassion, and support you as we explore your experiences together. My goal is to help you build resilience, find clarity, and move toward healing, growth, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
