I chose this work to support people through both everyday challenges and life’s most difficult moments. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate anxiety, depression, grief, loss, family transitions, and relationship struggles. My approach is thoughtful and respectful, helping clients build resilience, gain clarity, and move toward healing, growth, and emotional well-being.
