I am a therapist and previous medical doctor who is passionate about the messy and beautiful parts of being human. I believe that we live in a world that constantly (and effectively) tries to tell us who and what we should be, which often leads us to try to fit in. This can create a considerable amount of conflict, and possibly trauma, within us that can lead to mental health challenges and takes us further from what we desperately crave – belonging, connection, and authenticity. As your therapist, I hope to provide a safe non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feel your way through your journey to wellness.
