I offer warm, compassionate, and collaborative therapy for teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety/stress, relational challenges, grief/loss, chronic illness, and life transitions. You might be feeling stuck in repeating patterns, overwhelmed in family and peer relationships, or unsure how to move forward. It makes sense you would want a space where you don't have to hold it all alone. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where we can gently explore what’s been weighing on you while building resilience and self-trust.
