Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, or simply trying to manage the demands of everyday life, you don't have to do it alone. I work with youth, adults, and couples to create a safe, supportive space where they can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward healing and growth. I believe that even during life's most difficult moments, there is hope and the potential for meaningful change.
