Hello, and welcome. I’m a Registered Psychologist offering both in-person services in Edmonton and virtual sessions across Alberta. I work with children (ages 2+), teens, and adults, and I am honoured to support clients at all stages of life. I use a fully equipped Play Therapy space at my practice, Oak & Acorn Therapy (north/central Edmonton) and Sagacious Counselling (south Edmonton), allowing me to work with children and families in meaningful ways. Trauma is a core area of focus in my work. I draw from evidence-based approaches including Play Therapy, EMDR (and am a EMDR-Child Specialist), CBT, and an attachment-based lens.
