Hi, I'm so happy you are here. Starting the path to recovery can be scary and overwhelming and you are so brave for seeking help. Building a healthy relationship with ourselves can be incredibly difficult, yet is probably the most important relationship we will build throughout our lives and this is the relationship I am so passionate about helping you heal. If you struggle with self esteem, your relationship with food, anxiety, chronic pain, or childhood trauma, I would be honored to help you navigate these difficult and complex issues.
