I work with individuals & couples wanting to heal from trauma, attachment-related concerns, grief, or wanting to build stronger emotional connections with themselves and/or each other. People I work with want to feel understood, break free from patterns of pain or disconnection, and create meaningful change in their lives. I also have extensive experience supporting Indigenous clients and communities impacted by colonization, residential schools, and intergenerational trauma. Whether recovering from trauma, managing addictions, or strengthening relationships, I work with people who are ready to explore their inner world and heal.
