As your therapist, I strive to create an authentic connection built on trust, empathy, and compassion. Using a trauma-and-violence-informed lens, I will work collaboratively with you to explore your experiences, navigate challenges, and move toward meaningful change. I view therapy as a collaborative process with you as the driver and myself as a passenger alongside you. My approach is strength-based and client-centered, drawing from Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theory, and evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
