Do you ever feel too overwhelmed to deal with your problems while managing the day to day? Perhaps you've been feeling depressed, stressed or anxious for a long time. Or you find yourself exhausted while trying to navigate grief or trauma. Anytime your quality of life isn't where you want it to be, counselling can help. You may be reluctant to try psychotherapy or have tried but did not find a good fit. I am a firm believer that successful therapy is a collaborative relationship between the therapist and client. This relationship needs to be based in authenticity and hope - with the goals of leading effective change.
