Hello and welcome! My name is Ruzanna and I have been helping families and individuals as a therapist for over 16 years. I specialize in helping individuals experiencing depression, stress, anxiety, PTSD, grief, trauma, adjusting to new changes or just need a little guidance and direction in life! I enjoy working with adults, couples, and children (as a family unit with parental involvement). I have also worked closely with the geriatric population in assisting them with accepting their past, planning for the future and finding life's meaning.
