Accepting new clients! There are so many difficult aspects of life that impact our ability to live as fully as we want to and make us feel stuck, whether that be anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, family or relationship issues. I believe that healing is possible and I am passionate about offering a strengths-based approach, insight and skill building, compassion and a sense of humour to help you find it. My goal is to work with people wherever they are at and empower them achieve their goals of who and where they want to be. I have extensive experience working with youth and adults and will adapt to your needs and goals.
