You may be holding painful stories in your heart and probably feeling alone, disconnected, and uncertain of your path. You may be hurting in your couple relationship or experience it as unfulfilling or lacking an intimate connection. I will offer you a safe space where you can explore your experiences and we work together through your process of self-discovery, meaningful change and growth. I have worked with individuals and with couples experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relational problems, self-esteem issues, sexual challenges and infidelity among others.
