My approach to therapy and supervision is practical, creative, humorous, and interactive. When the strategies that were previously helpful are no longer working, I support folks to cultivate new perspectives and skills in a comfortable and collaborative way. Sometimes, we keep repeating old patterns even when we are trying to be different. I use techniques that can help with getting unstuck, and reveal old wounds that keep showing up. I bring almost twenty years of experience and training to this work. Clients find my approach helpful within the first few sessions. I am currently welcoming couples and clinicians seeking supervision.
