I help clients feel safe enough to unpack what they’ve carried and strong enough to build what comes next. I support adults dealing with trauma, anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, and major life changes. Many clients come to me after feeling dismissed in other settings—I help them rebuild trust and stability.
