In life we all have opportunities for growth and change. While I believe that we're not meant to stay the same, it's important to acknowledge that growth asks for equal parts courage and surrender. Clients who work with me are ready to withstand the discomfort and messiness of the unknown that often exists between those two. I help clients explore the layers of their stories-patterns, beliefs, hopes or wounds that shape how they see themselves & the world around them. In doing so they are able to build insight, awareness and the confidence to take action steps that create real sustainable change.
