Life can be brutal. Therapy is a place to find support and healing, a place to explore honestly and to feel understood. I will greet you with empathy and acceptance, a sense of curiosity and compassion, and I will encourage you to approach yourself in the same way. Your comfort and safety come first. I've been counselling most of my life in various settings. It's a privilege to listen to stories of pain, disillusionment, broken dreams. As a Christian counsellor, I engage with individuals and couples from various backgrounds. Engaging in counselling can be hard work. I will help you find your courage, resilience and inner strength.
