I work mostly with teens and young adults in the Bay Area, who are quietly struggling, keeping it together on the outside while dealing with anxiety, depression, or a creeping sense that something just feels off. Maybe school or work feels impossible. Maybe they've pulled back from friends and can't explain why. Maybe they're stuck in a cycle of overthinking they can't seem to break. Some come in on their own. Others are brought in by parents who've noticed the change. Either way, they usually arrive feeling like something is wrong with them. That's usually the first thing we work on.
