My passion lies in helping individuals from a relational perspective and instilling hope in your journey. I believe we all have a story and the right to be heard and seen. The therapist-client relationship is integral to healing and should feel collaborative and free from judgment. I treat depression, anxiety, attachment concerns, trauma, abuse, grief and loss, life transitions, and relational issues. I feel strongly about working with clients of all sexual orientations and strive for cultural humility.
