Life is full of changes; changes can cause anxiety, depression, fear, or grief. Whether from relationship changes, loss or misunderstandings change can be overwhelming. My experience has shown that there are a number of ways to help someone; however, there is no one size fits all approach. Utilizing your strength we can find the best approach to fit your needs to gain empowerment to overcome the challenges of change. My style is compassionate, yet direct. Utilizing compassion, empathy and reality we can build the necessary skills needed to navigate the change, as well as the tools needed for future challenges.
