Hello, and welcome. I am a psychodynamic therapist working with mature adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and longstanding patterns that no longer serve them. In addition to my general practice, I have a particular interest in working with individuals who have struggled with weight across decades and are beginning to understand the role biology plays in appetite, metabolism, and persistent “food noise.” Many thoughtful, capable adults have carried a private struggle with weight. Despite discipline and repeated effort, the cycle of hope, loss, and regain can quietly shape identity and self-worth.
