You could say I specialize in getting people "unstuck" from their current way of thinking about and dealing with issues, through the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) skills and strategies. I love asking thoughtful questions and re-framing your situation so you can approach it in ways you haven't considered before. We then create a practical plan that gets to the root of issues and ensures you have what you need to succeed.
