Tansi! I am a woman of both Métis and settler (Scottish/Irish/British) heritage, with matrilineal connections to the Red River Métis settlement. My practice is based on creating safer spaces for you to share your story, express your emotions, and care for all aspects of your well-being. My practice includes integrating somatic practices, play-based practices, Narrative Therapy, Resurgence theory, and trauma-informed practice to co-create a supportive approach to healing. I have extensive experience supporting Indigenous peoples, 2SLGBTQ+ individuals, and persons across the lifespan, including children and youth.
