As a Black man, I understand how healing it can feel to talk with someone who truly gets it. I work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, racial identity and trauma—while balancing cultural expectations and personal goals. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your whole self. In our sessions, we'll create a safe, affirming, and judgment-free environment where you can explore your emotions, find clarity, and work toward personal growth.
