I provide parents, children, & individuals with evidence-based therapeutic tools, drawing on numerous trainings in Nervous Systems (PVT), Parenting, Collaborative & Proactive Solutions, trauma (EMDR), & Mindfulness. In a casual setting, often with our tea in hand, we gently explore those hard feelings and explore practical tools for support that lead to more mindful, meaningful connections with ourselves & those we love.
