When trauma has been a large part of your life, it's hard to imagine a life that is any different. You may find yourself disconnected from yourself, others, and the world at large. With my prior experience supporting individuals in crisis, I hear how often trauma can impact all areas of our lives. I'm here to help you hear and connect back to yourself. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma who are looking for ways to understand themselves and change patterns that longer serve them.
