I am set up for telepsych meetings. I am an experienced therapist who works with adults. I have a specialty in family and interpersonal relation problems. Persistent negative experiences can cascade anyone into emotional difficulty that feels overwhelming. My style listens to your personal experiences, helps you find ways create new experiences and communicate effectively where needed. Feeling supported, heard and validated are profoundly empowering and if not present in your current relationships is extremely emotionally painful and destructive.
