I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association in Alberta. I work primarily with children and teens providing therapeutic support and guidance. I have 14 years of experience working as a school teacher and school counsellor. The areas I work with clients in are anxiety, self-esteem, school concerns, motivation/performance challenges, anger and stress management, family and friend relationship challenges, and grief & loss. Other clientele I work with include young adults and parenting support.
