I’m honoured your journey led you here. Hi, I’m Rebecca! My depth therapy approach focuses on healing attachment wounds and rebuilding a sense of inner safety, especially if you’re used to being the strong one or the helper. This work is especially supportive if you feel emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, stuck in old patterns, or struggle to feel safe and grounded. For over a decade, I’ve supported adults with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, self-esteem concerns, boundaries work, and repeating relationship patterns such as: fear of intimacy, abandonment wounds, people-pleasing, and relationship anxiety.
