My passion and lifelong focus is helping people to feel better about themselves and realize their own potential by resolving past traumas and changing old limiting internal programs. I specialize in Grief and Trauma Resolution therapies as well as end of life guidance and support, for the whole family. My approach to helping people is varied depending on the needs and desires of my clients. I am trained in CBT/DBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, Somatic/Energy Therapies, Transformational Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique and Grief Therapy. I have over 32 years of experience.
