About

I am passionate about working with families who have medically fragile and/or special needs children. I love helping parents, whether new to this journey or many years in, process new diagnoses, grieve the loss of what they expected, shore up appropriate resources, and find their voice to advocate for their children. I help provide tools to deal with depression, anxiety, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed. I have been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2001, and a mother to a medically complex daughter for 20 years. I combine both my professional and personal experience to help others along this journey.
