You might be here because you have a sense that there is more to life than just pushing through or holding it all together. It’s exhausting! Many of the people I work with feel this way. They are thoughtful, self-aware, and often successful in many areas of life, yet feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to make sense of what they are feeling inside. Many people have found me after hitting a plateau in their work with more traditional psychotherapies. Instead of trying to “fix” symptoms, we look at where they come from.—past experiences, nervous system patterns, and the ways you have learned to cope and protect yourself.
