Healing is relational. As a therapist and director at the Ottawa Psychotherapy Center, I believe healing takes place in connection to others. I support people who want to live more authentically and create deeper connections. I offer a warm, grounding and non-judgmental space where you can bring the most vulnerable parts of yourself. Since our trauma and emotions live in our body, I believe that therapy needs to move beyond “just talking”. My approach is deeply experiential and somatic to help you tap into your authenticity and inner wisdom. In our sessions I show up with authenticity, deep empathy and ready to do the work with you.
