I am Raquel Soteldo, a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician. I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy for individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, coercive control, emotional abuse, gaslighting, trauma bonds, relationship trauma, and high-conflict relationships. Many clients begin therapy feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, self-doubt, confusion, or symptoms of trauma and C-PTSD. My approach integrates trauma-informed psychotherapy, attachment-focused work, nervous system regulation, and evidence-based interventions that support healing, emotional regulation, and lasting recovery.
