I believe in the healing potential of connection whether with ourselves, with others or with the larger meaning of our lives. Walking this path of connection can be hard and you don't have to do it alone! I can offer transdiagnostic psychotherapy and support for a better relationship with your internal world (thoughts, emotions, sensations, impulses). I can also support you in navigating distress whether it stems from trauma, grief, separation, or life transitions, as well as building relational capacity (communication, safe attachment, healthy conflict resolution, informed decisions) and investing towards a fuller life.
