I support both children and their families, to nurture clarity, confidence, and connection. Parenting a child with big emotions, unique thinking, or a different developmental path can bring both deep love and real uncertainty. Many parents seek therapy when they want to better understand their child and support them in ways that truly honour who they are. Whatever your journey- I would love to hold a safe space for you. My work with children is grounded in play-based therapy, as it naturally supports them to communicate, explore emotions, and grow. Play develops emotional regulation, self-confidence, and coping skills- with joy.
