I became a therapist because I believe in the power of human connection, healing, and growth. We all carry stories—some joyful, some painful—and I consider it a profound privilege to walk alongside people as they navigate those stories, rediscover their strength, and move toward a more fulfilling life. In my work, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to be vulnerable, explore their emotions, and challenge patterns that no longer serve them. I’m deeply committed to meeting each person with empathy, curiosity, and respect, honouring their unique journey and cultural background.
