Hey! I'm so glad you're here. If you are looking for a relaxed, safe environment, and the ability to really connect with another human being, I would love to talk with you! In my approach to therapy, I put you in the expert chair, as someone who knows their life and experience more than I can know. I take a really curious position, asking questions to better understand you and your context. I see every person as having totally unique skills and strengths, and use those to help you navigate this world. I invite clients to show up as they are, with their pets, a colouring book, a fidget toy, or whatever makes you more comfortable!
