In nearly five years of working with individuals facing challenges—from mild to severe—I’ve come to deeply appreciate the richness of each person’s life journey. I recognize how early childhood experiences and ongoing life events shape who we are—sometimes building strength, other times complicating our path. My approach is client-centered and personalized, with the understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all strategy for healing and growth.
