I work with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure, whether that shows up as anxiety, low mood, burnout, life transitions, challenges at work or school, or questions about relationships, identity, or parenting. At the heart of therapy is the connection we build together. We take time to understand what you’re experiencing in your inner world and in the context of your life, and work together toward a greater sense of clarity, agency, and possibility.
