About

Through my experience as a therapist, NYC public school teacher, and musician, I have worked with people of all ages and backgrounds, as well as with their family members, providing guidance and support for a wide variety of personal and psychological issues. I have also helped artists, musicians, actors, and athletes with performance anxiety, confidence, and related concerns. I incorporate several theories and practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Multicultural Counseling and Therapy; Existential Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.
