I work with children, adolescents, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. Many are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Others are carrying past experiences that still impact how they feel and connect. I also support pregnancy journeys including infertility and loss, as well as families impacted by dementia. Clients come in wanting to feel heard and understood. I meet you where you are and we work together at a pace that feels manageable while building tools to help you feel more in control and confident.
