Hi, my name is Payton. I work with youth, adolescents, and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, school stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the effects of difficult past experiences. Sometimes people come to therapy feeling stuck or overwhelmed, even when they know something in their lives needs to change. In therapy together, we will explore emotions, identify values that matter most to you, and how to use your personal strengths to make meaningful change. I aim to create a collaborative and supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and able to explore your experiences at your own pace.
