Having personally experienced a profound loss in midlife, I combine professional expertise with genuine empathy and insight. My approach is rooted in compassion, guided by evidence-based practices, and honors the deep complexity of each person’s experience. Telehealth sessions help built stability, clarity, and emotional strength. Counseling is available in English and Russian.
